All pedagogical materials, including HSK flashcard systems, annotated articles, and audio files, are protected by Intellectual Property Law. The use of data scraping tools or automated capture is prohibited. In case of content theft, civil and criminal proceedings will be initiated according to French law.

4. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

  • Purpose: Collected data is solely used for educational tracking and administrative management.
  • Retention: Data is kept throughout the enrollment period and archived for 3 years after the last activity.
  • Rights: You may exercise your right to access, rectify, or oppose your data by writing to the site administrator.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which began after the consumer's express prior consent. By accessing the courses, you expressly waive this right.
